The hotel had nice rooms and comfortable beds. The pool was also a fun and refreshing way to cool off during the hot summer days. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area, with lots of nearby shops and restaurants to choose from.

The service at the hotel was lacking. Many of the staff members seemed uninterested in helping guests, and when they did assist, it felt like they were just going through the motions.

I especially enjoyed the beautiful garden and the surprising location of the swimming pool.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute luxurious experience! We were amazed by the exclusive amenities offered. the Spa & wellness centre was fabulous, the Indoor swimming pool and Sauna were top notch. the room was spacious and had exclusive advantages such as a private balcony and a very comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and provided exceptional service at the Restaurant and Bar/ Lounge area.

the location advantage was somewhat distant from the city's major attractions, but it was worth it for the luxurious experience that this hotel provided us.
